By creating a CDocsSign account or using our platform at https://cdocsign.in, you agree to these terms. CDocsSign is operated by Cognisutra (Udyam Reg. UDYAM-BR-11-0105715), Patna, Bihar, India.
CDocsSign provides electronic document signing: uploading PDFs, sending signing requests, collecting signatures, and maintaining audit trails. Signatures collected are intended to be legally valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and equivalent global laws.
You retain all rights to documents you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to send documents and that recipients consent to e-signing. Never send documents containing data you are not authorized to share.
The Free plan provides 10 envelopes per month at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. There are no per-envelope overage charges. You can cancel anytime.
You may not use CDocsSign for fraudulent documents, forged signatures, phishing, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognisutra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email or website notification. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
